About Alpha Dog Education
Our Mission
Lisa has spent most of her career as a veterinary technician and professional pet groomer, educating owners and other pet industry professionals (including groomers, trainers and boarding specialists) to navigate and understand veterinary medical emergencies and general health through consultations, seminars, blog articles and as a co-host on the podcast “The Knowledgeable Pet Owner”. Teaching pet care fundamentals and explaining the sometimes confusing facts about veterinary medicine allows owners and professionals to navigate health-related information from various sources, provide exceptional care, and build safety and handling skills.
