Class Information

Each class is a combination of lectures, demonstrations, and trainee activities. You will practice – by means of repetition - the techniques that are taught by the instructor to ensure that they are learned properly. This class is meant to be part of a relaxing environment, and free of judgment – so please feel free to ask questions at any time.
